Returns Policy

Our policy accepts returns for up to 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We cannot offer refunds or exchanged on foods, treats or any consumable items that are opened due to strict health policies. Please make sure you select carefully and double check your order before

Our delivery service continues to operate across Australia, and we have taken steps to process and dispatch orders early, however with the additional volumes, we acknowledge that delivery wait times are taking longer than usual.
